Excellent location, perfect for seeing Gyumri. The breakfast is very rich. Note that the room has no window; it has a roof window that can be opened or closed from the room by turning a switch on or off.

Moc milý majitel a jeho paní, která připravovala moc dobrou snídani. Pohodlné zaparkování ve dvoře. Pokoj moderní a celkově pěkný. Určitě doporučuji!. Nemohli jsme najít fén a ráno je trochu hluk z kuchyně, ale na druhou stranu vás probudí vůně čerstvých omelet

The hotel is close to the city center and the hosts are very welcoming. Breakfasts were tasty, fresh, and varied. The room had everything needed, and the shared kitchen is well equipped with everything you might require. Nothing was lacking; everything was liked!
