The location was fine if you’re mobile, but the breakfast I ordered and paid for never arrived. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, and the chefs didn’t show up— we were left on ice. Luckily, our one‑day stay ended soon. I’m shocked that no one answered the phone or replied to my message about the situation. After several days, a lady finally apologized but offered no solution, and silence has continued since. The stay was on 8/9 August. I’ll add the receipt from 08.08.2026, and I wonder how the staff handled it with the boy who was there.

The palace was beautiful, and the room was lovely. The surroundings were stunning, and breakfast was available for purchase. However, the shower curtain was too short, so water splashed onto the panels and I had to use toilet paper to dry them. The window blind was broken— the chain was detached, so I couldn’t raise it to enjoy the view while sipping coffee. There was no small towel for drying my face and hair after the shower, nor a thicker towel that could serve as a foot mat. A power outlet was missing near the nightstand lamp, so I couldn’t use the lamp when lying down. I couldn’t find a hair dryer at all, probably missing in the room I rented for 190,00 zł per night. At that price, I expected a shower gel and shampoo, but only liquid soap was provided— luckily I brought my own travel kit.

The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty, especially the gluten‑free bread. The downside was the many spiders on the balcony and in the room, plus a few large flies. Some guests might not mind, but we really dislike spiders.

“Wspaniałe okolica do jazdy na rowerze.”

You can light a fire—there’s a ready‑made spot with dry wood. In the evening you can go bowling or hit the sauna.
