The room was spacious, spotless, and the sheets had a heavenly scent; breakfast tasted great, and the bathroom came with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The reception was often empty until after 6 pm, and the café was closed most days, so I only managed to have breakfast once.

A perfect spot to stay in Chiang Mai. It sits just outside the old city and is within walking distance to Nimman. The owner is very nice and can arrange airport pick‑up for a very reasonable price. The staff are also friendly and kind, and there’s a small snack and drink corner at reception that feels very welcoming.
