The staff were friendly, but there was no hot breakfast at 7 am and the front desk blamed a third party; several families with kids were waiting for breakfast, and we discovered the hotel is dog‑friendly because the dog barked 3‑4 rooms away; no one asked about my wife’s chronic breathing problems, so we decided to go elsewhere, which I told the front desk.

The location is good, rooms have pull‑out sleeper sofas, and there’s a small pool, but there was no hand or body soap on site and no apology or plan to provide it; the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets fell off while sleeping, and the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming.
