The reception desk staff were very polite, but the employees on the 7th floor were rude. The housekeepers were pretty courteous. The lighting was poor and there was no sound insulation.

The check‑in and check‑out staff were kind, the room was nice and very cosy, it had a good selection of toiletries, and there was a complimentary welcome brownie. The location is fine, but whether it fits your needs depends on what you’re looking for.

It’s a modern hotel with clean rooms. We were a group of 10. When our Airbnb was cancelled by the host, Radisson Red offered 10 double rooms at a good price. Everyone was very satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast was expensive, but there are many nice cafés within walking distance, so that’s fine.
