“Nice spot, but breakfast was a miss”
The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast left us wanting. We love bread, croissants, and sandwiches, yet the options were limited to a sourdough loaf we don’t care for and just cheese, jam, and a single egg. As meat lovers, that was a real let‑down.
“Cozy stay with a lovely garden”
The hosts were genuinely welcoming, giving us a chance to unwind for an evening. The garden is stunning, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. We did have to drive back out of town for dinner, but that was part of our plan.
“Peaceful paradise with amazing hosts”
The hosts were outstanding and the property itself was exceptional—so peaceful and beautiful!
“Warm welcome, great amenities, hard to find”
From the moment we stepped through the grand entrance of the historic house at the park’s edge, the welcome was warm. The room was huge, the bed enormous and comfy, and the bathroom had a sleek walk‑in shower. We also enjoyed a sauna, a heated pool, and a breakfast that featured homemade jams—highly recommend! Just a heads‑up: finding the place can be a bit tricky.
“Perfect guest house with great hosts”
We loved the pool and the beautiful garden area, and the breakfast was packed with homemade goodies. The owners were fantastic hosts, and honestly, we couldn’t find anything to dislike about the guest house.
