How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
For the price and years of the hotel, the value was excellent; the pool was super clean and the weather was good, the rooms were basic but clean, without extras, yet comfortable. The rooms lacked accessible outlets or had very old ones, had little artificial lighting, and the shower was extremely small.

The staff were very friendly, but the hotel needs a renovation of the bathroom in the rooms, the TV, and the outlets.

The location, food, and facilities are the best, and the staff are super friendly; every time I come to Cuautla I stay here for the comforts it offers. I have a sensitive back and the beds are not very comfortable, they are hard and made it hard for me to sleep.
