After a long trip from Cairo to the North Coast, we tried to get the QR code for our booked room from the person in charge. We were shocked to learn the room had already been rented out to someone else, even though we had confirmed and paid. Worse, the person said they had no idea the room was still being advertised and then stopped answering calls, even turning off their phone in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way. We also reached out to the higher management, but they couldn’t fix the problem. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend booking here.
