The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy. However, the room was tiny with an even smaller window, and it even had a “kitchenette” – a joke? There was no airflow, making it hot, humid, and stifling, with no air‑conditioning while temperatures rose above 35 °C – a nightmare. The bed was a single pull‑out sofa, offering no comfort for two people. The bathroom was a few metres away in another part of the house, as was the lounge area and terrace. The surrounding agricultural land brought all its nuisances, especially the smell of manure. Breakfast was so poor that the 3 EURO would be better spent on a church tray. The photos and description bore little resemblance to reality. I do not recommend this place.

“Uno splendido angolo di tranquillità per visitare Fossano e i suoi dintorni”

The location is in a quiet corner of the countryside, the car/motorbike parking is on the property, the living room is cozy, the bathroom is spacious, and the bedroom is delightful. If I had to mention something, I would suggest replacing the cooling system with an air‑conditioning unit; honestly, I spent the night during an exceptionally hot period.
