The staff were amazing; Ari welcomed us warmly and offered great dinner and shopping suggestions for Steeler gear, and we were grateful for the walk‑in shower that helped my husband recover from knee surgery—he felt heard and respected. Thank you.

“Overall enjoyed our one-day stay but very concerned about exposed electrical wires”

The hotel’s proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and major highways was a plus, but we found exposed electrical wires coming from a wall receptacle in our room; we weren’t sure if they were live, and with children present that was scary. We mentioned it at checkout and were told someone would follow up, but nothing has happened yet.
