“Due giorni magici”

Dario and Antonella were welcoming and caring. The house is a small gem right in the city center. Our room faced the main street and had a small armchair by the window so we could watch the scenery in total relaxation. The only downside, not a B&B, was the noise from the street caused by the downstairs table‑tennis room, which inevitably attracted people, although it was outside the maximum noise time on the street.

A perfect stay! Dario greeted us with affection, endless availability, and great friendliness. He met every one of our practical and informational requests. The accommodation was perfectly and richly furnished, tasteful and practical. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

“Pessima Gestione”

I stayed for four nights with my partner and our well‑kept little baby for a short relaxing holiday in Scanno. We spent over €420, expecting at least basic professionalism, calm, and respect for guests. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare in management and humanity. The main points of our discomfort: Total lack of privacy and acoustic isolation—our “pink room” was just 20 cm from the guest bathroom of the “green room,” so we were trapped between their room and their bathroom, forced to endure constant traffic from two other people at any hour. Zero privacy, zero tranquility, zero isolation. Lack of transparency and a bad smell in common areas— the listing didn’t mention that breakfast had to be taken in a shared space with three other rooms, and the breakfast area was made unpleasant by a persistent garbage odor. Freezing shower and absurd management responses—after a day at the lake and the mountains, we desperately needed a warm shower to combat the chill. Result? Water that was always cold. After I had to adapt to a freezing shower, my partner was left in the bathroom, soapless and trembling in disbelief. When he pointed out that for over €400 the minimum guarantee should be hot water, the lady absurdly replied that we had accepted that price because the room was for four people… it’s a shame the two extra beds weren’t even prepared!

“Soggiorno gradevolissimo”

I really liked the carefully curated retro style, and the house blends perfectly into the village setting while still offering all the services you could need. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

The place felt very authentic and nice. The only downside was that the breakfast could have been a bit better.
