The location was good, but the TV never worked during my entire stay and the breakfast offered was disappointing.

The pool was nice, yet the price of 120 a night was outrageous compared to Jackson hotels that charge between 50 and 80 a night.

The staff were nice, but the stay was uncomfortable: they didn’t provide enough towels and always claimed none were available when I asked for more; the rooms were hot and the air conditioner wouldn’t lower the temperature below 71 degrees; the sheets looked dingy; the pool closed too early—originally they said it would close at 8 pm, but the attendant tried to close it at 7 pm, and after we explained we had just returned from a baseball tournament he agreed to keep it open until 8 pm; the breakfast was horrible.
