Ian at the front desk was awesome at check‑in, but the pet fee wasn’t disclosed when I booked and wasn’t listed on their website; I was notified by text hours before check‑in and after any chance to cancel. It couldn’t be waived, which was frustrating to see the price jump so much. The info was incomplete, and the bed felt a bit stiff.
