The staff didn’t speak English, yet they managed to help me and found ways to communicate. The rooms were very nice, and when I needed an extra night on short notice, they booked it right away. The only downside was that they didn’t assist me with my luggage; I had to ask directly. On my first arrival they didn’t help until I requested it, but on the second visit I asked beforehand and they propped the door open so I could bring my bags in easily.

The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly, there were laundry facilities, and it was close to the metro and restaurants. A wonderful park along the river is great for jogging and relaxing. It was perfectly fine.

The rooms were pretty modern and clean, which was a big plus. However, the staff's communication skills were a major issue - nobody spoke English, which made things tough. I also had a problem with paying by credit card since no one knew how to use the machine, so I had to fork out cash instead. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience.
