“DON'T EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE”
These people are crooks. I paid over 90 euros to stay here for two nights. I was delayed getting to Lisbon and contacted the owner in the early afternoon of my scheduled arrival date explaining that I was delayed and would not get to the property until midnight. I was asked whether I would agree to pay an additional 10 euro for arriving at this time. In answer to that question I replied that I had no choice but to agree. The property owner did not like this answer and cancelled the booking, leaving me scrambling around looking for a last‑minute booking in Lisbon when I arrived there after 11 pm. As the booking was cancelled by the owner I could not spend the second night at the accommodation either. Out of the total of 90 euros I was refunded only EIGHT euros. Portuguese people are generally decent but these are crooks. The owners are crooks.
“Frustrated at the moment about them not doing what they said they would with my coat”
I stayed in a decent room at a good spot, but I left my pricey coat inside and sent an email to the staff. They claimed they had it and even agreed to ship it to my cousin in Portugal for a fee, yet nothing ever happened. I still can’t reach anyone to recover my coat.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, and the Canadian comfort was nice. However, the pillows were disappointing and the bathrooms were dirty and neglected.

Small hot room, no ac so window open and bugs get in, garbage truck came by at midnight, someone else staying there took a shower at 12.30, there was a fight down the street, constant noise all night go no sleep!!
