“I was not happy”

The place was clean and I appreciated that after each bathroom use they cleaned for the next guest. But there was a lot of noise from other rooms, no cup, microwave to warm food, kettle or even a simple glass for water, no towels in the bathroom, and you had to ask for anything; I didn't even see an iron. I originally wanted a room with two beds because I was with kids, but the booking said two rooms and they couldn't arrange it, so my son had to sleep in a separate room. The extension cord in our room looked unsafe, and the TV had no signal.

“Nothing much to say it was normal”

I liked the lady at reception who helped us prepare our food before we left, but we left our stuff in the room and the cleaning lady didn't tell us even though the rooms had already been cleaned; we ended up taking a cold shower with my wife.

The place is quiet and neat, cars are safe, it’s next to town, Vaal Mall, and not far from N1; the staff are friendly and helpful, making us feel at home, and there is nothing negative.

Everything was missing, there was noise at night, we had no access to the gate key, and we had to wake the receptionist for the key to fetch our order at night—terrible experience!
