I had an absolutely awful experience here—no communication from the owner whatsoever. I tried calling them many times and they always went straight to voicemail. I couldn’t get in, so I ended up spending the night in my car and then had to book an expensive hotel for Sunday because we were there to see Metallica. I hope we can get a refund; I never expected this to happen. It was absolutely disgusting.

We never got into the property because the host didn’t answer their phone, didn’t reply to messages, didn’t give us a pin for the lockbox, and never came to let us in. We had to call the helpline and ask them to contact the host, but that didn’t work either. Fortunately we got a refund, but we had to find somewhere to stay that same day, which was HELL.
