The cleanliness and location were perfect, and when I had a personal issue the staff handled it with honesty, efficiency and kindness. Thanks. The elevator was broken, making it uncomfortable to go up.

The location is great, the breakfast is very tasty, and the employees are very friendly, but the elevator was out of service and we were moved to another room immediately while the parking was under maintenance.

The hotel is 1.3 mile from Cleveland Clinic, with a supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy right across the street; the gentleman at the restaurant was rude and I didn’t appreciate that I was having my first complimentary breakfast at the hotel, even though I’ve stayed here for a few years because it’s close to my hospital.
