The bed was super comfy, though the mattress was higher than a princess and a pea; I had to use my folding stool to get in because I'm only 5'1". The pillows were spot‑on, and a chair by the sink helped me do my hair and makeup since I can't stand for long. The lounger was a nice extra. They gave me a ground‑floor room and were very accommodating when I called to change my check‑in time after the office closed at 11:30, even though I arrived after midnight. The property was well lit and the blackout drapes worked properly. The small fridge’s freezer froze a water bottle and an ice pack. I wished there were an ice machine or an ice cube tray in the freezer, but I didn't ask.

Bharat and Priti are genuine people‑lovers and in the right line of work. They handled all my requests and made the stay stress‑free. I got a ride to the airport and they even let me park my truck until I came back. Truly a class act; this is where we'll stay in Medford from now on!

I didn't see any breakfast nor was I informed about it? Room was nice, 3 beds is unusual and appreciated. A/C was fine. Travellers always accumulate some trash that needs to be disposed of. So I was disappointed that there was no trash bins outside! Providing a bin for guests is essential!

The staff were super friendly and the place was very clean. They’re remodeling all the bathrooms, so it will only get better. The staff clearly take pride in the hotel.
