“Très mauvais”

Nothing at all – I arrived to find that my room had been assigned to someone else. I think booking should remove these kinds of establishments from its list. They handed me over to their neighbor; it was a nightmare with a lot of insects, and the place was filthy, even the sheets were bad. The ventilation was terrible.
