I was happy that the hotel was close to everything I needed and that it was affordable for a weekend stay. The full-size refrigerator and microwave were a nice touch. However, some furniture, curtains, and the floor had gross stains that should be replaced or deep‑cleaned. It wasn’t terrible; I’d still consider it if that’s the worst case.

The location was good, but after staying here several times over the past 12 years it feels like the place has declined. I used to be greeted with a warm cookie, a feather‑topper mattress, and a decent breakfast. Now the floors are sticky, faucets drip, there’s no welcome snack, and the breakfast is a joke—no cereal, yogurt, or napkins. I even had to grab a pre‑packaged bagel and check out.

Getting there from the freeway and Arden main roads is easy, and it’s close to a few known restaurants. The parking lot is small and shared with restaurants. I reported a car that was double‑parked in two spots to management while the lot was full.
