I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate my needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool area is open to the public, which made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy some quiet time. The loud videoke sessions up until 5 pm didn't help, making it impossible for me to rest during my stay.
