I’ve stayed at this hotel for years, but this time the reception staff treated me poorly—names forgotten, but the mistreatment and misinformation were clear. They definitely need to improve that area, because I keep coming back and the hotel’s close to everything, so I’d expect better service.

I appreciated that the check‑in was available early, the room was very comfortable with a nice view, and the hotel’s location is great. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast could be better, and the shower area wasn’t clean.
