The room was huge and cozy, and the spot was spot‑on – everything was within a short stroll, making city‑walking a breeze. Santa Maria Novella station was just a 15‑minute walk away, and the area felt safe, surrounded by well‑known restaurants, cafés and popular sights. The only downsides were the walls, which had a lot of mosquito‑bite marks that felt unhygienic and a bit uncomfortable, and the bed could have been a touch more comfortable and higher quality. Apart from that, everything else was fine and we had a good overall experience.

di fronte al teatro dove avevamo un lavoro, pieno centro, molto comodo. lo staff ha disponibilità zero nei confronti delle esigenze del cliente. Alloggiavo nella stanza Ginevra. Stanza molto umida, mi svegliavo con mal di testa e muco nasale pur non essendo raffreddata Alla richiesta di una stufetta mi è stato risposto che il comune di Firenze per legge vuole che i riscaldamenti non vengano accesi prima di novembre. Non era quella la domanda. La stanza piena di zanzare, mi è stato risposto: eh ma siamo a Firenze. empatia non pervenuta da parte dello staff: Su richiesta ci è stata fornita una coperta, ma la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare ed ho preferito non utilizzarla. Stato manutentivo della stanza discutibile

Very well positioned for strolling between Florence’s tourist districts. Beware: it gets very noisy at night, so bring earplugs. A hallway neighbour opened our door during a nap because we had forgotten to lock the room.
