“Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Natur. Für eine Wanderung zum fantastischen Mt. Asama die beste Lage.”
Great for hiking. A nice, simple onsen. Japan away from the hotspots.

Quiet and the mountain vegetable dishes were delicious. The bath had just the right temperature for a relaxed soak.

They offered a surprisingly wide variety of mountain vegetables and quiches, and the owner’s homemade dinner was wonderful and tasty. The portions were huge, so men would be very satisfied. The view of the mountains and forest and the hot spring were all great. The retriever named Nuts was friendly and cute. The next morning we climbed Mount Asama. I’d like to visit again when the season changes. The only issue is that the mountain lodge’s hot spring has a certain image; if you expect too much, there’s no problem.

The owner personally served homemade soba. They also built a new cottage, creating an environment that appeals to young people. I liked that.
