“Not a fan”

The spot and the staff were fine, but the room was dirty, cleaned only every 4 days, the in‑room coffee was bad, the room had a smell, the toilet was unclean, I found hair, crumbs everywhere, and a kind of insect on one pillow.

“Not coming back been here a few time but after our last stay experience won’t be back”

The pool and jacuzzi were good, yet the first room we checked into was awful: dirty, the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor, the shower handle was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the door was hard to open because it dragged on the floor; after we moved rooms the new one still smelled bad. It was my son’s birthday, so it wasn’t a great start and I won’t stay here again; I’ll go to the other property.
