The outdoor pool and fireplace are a spectacle, plus the stunning lake views. The staff are SUPER FRIENDLY. The bathroom had a lot of dampness and a terrible odor.
The location, the view was magnificent, the staff very kind and responsive :) The room assigned to us was not clean at all, there were dead insects everywhere, ants on the bed, after a shower the bathroom smelled like sewers, and there was a cockroach in our bathroom. The staff were very responsive and dealt with the insects, offering us a room change.

The mountain and lake vistas from villa 1 were amazing, while villa 2 didn’t match that level; the staff were eager to help, even letting us order from their menu via WhatsApp for delivery to our villa. A young lady arrived at 7 pm to light a fire beside the outdoor bath, but it kept going out and we spent a long time trying to keep it burning—still a nice touch. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived, and the young lady asked us to wait while she swept the floors; there were no sealed water bottles, only one she filled for us. The sheets were stained, the shower had a bit of mold, and breakfast was subpar. Excavators operated all day and into the night right behind the villas, and there were countless ants and spiders; we requested pest‑repellent spray and she said none were available, but villa 2 had some that proved very helpful. Hot water was scarce after running the front bath, and we couldn’t get a hot shower even though we thought the outside bath might have been connected to a natural spring.
