The hotel’s pool overlooking the sea was a real highlight, and I appreciated being able to use the 24‑hour coffee machine at the front desk that’s reserved for guests. Unfortunately the room turned out to be a smoking one, which left a faint odor behind; the front‑desk staff suggested spraying it away, but the permanent spray they offered irritated my skin, so I didn’t use it.

The food was wonderful. The place is old; I thought the sofa and such should be replaced.

Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide selection and tasted great, and my child was thrilled to make his own shaved‑ice while we were using the pool. The only let‑down was the large public bath’s water dispenser – it seemed empty, so we couldn’t get any water after a soak, which was disappointing.
