“Other than that it was pleasant and I really enjoyed the hot tub.”
Being close to my home is great for emergencies. The facilities are clean and most staff are courteous and kind. When I booked a room last time, I had already checked in online and paid, so the front desk only put a temporary deposit as usual. Even though I had plenty of money in my account, it was declined due to insufficient funds. He still let me check in and go to my room. I called my bank to find out how much was attempted to be charged; it was almost $300, so my bank rejected it. I told him, and he said it was a computer glitch and still let me stay since I’ve been there many times with no issues. It could have been a big problem if my bank had let it through. Maybe more training is needed because he’s relatively new over the last few months.
“I’m very disappointed in the lack of response to the non- working shower.”
Convenient spot for what we needed, with plenty of food and drink options around. The shower in our room was broken, and the hotel wouldn’t offer any discount for that.
The room was decent and the staff were friendly. Breakfast didn’t live up to expectations; after staying at a Wyndham pre‑COVID, it seems cost cuts have turned the egg‑sausage sandwiches into cold, hard versions.
“Way too much money for the quality. Do not recommend.”
Clean towels and fresh bagels. The toilet in the first room was broken and didn’t work at all. The next room had no hangers, damaged walls and furniture, and a broken, noisy A/C.
N8ce staff. No proteins at breakfast and a stale smell in room
