I liked the breakfast—hot pastries and eggs served freshly every morning—plus the place is very quiet and clean, far from the city. In the mornings I’d leave and walk around the area.

The surroundings are lovely, with a small natural town that matches the hotel’s aesthetic, complete with cultural buildings, a beautifully decorated dining room, and a terrace. Breakfast blew me away, offering a wide buffet, fresh coffee, and eggs cooked just the way I asked. The Bernese Mountain Dog that greets guests is absolutely adorable. I do wish the rooms had a mini cooler and a bit more space for clothes, and slippers would have been a nice touch.

The location is completely peaceful. The menu is small but good. The host family is very friendly, and the pet dog is very nice. The room could use a small wardrobe for clothes.

The staff are pleasant and the setting is quiet. The photos don’t match the room, there’s no air‑conditioning, the mattress is very hard, and the room is very noisy (you can hear someone snoring or talking in the neighboring room). It no longer meets modern standards and the price is far too high for what’s offered.

The place is unbelievably quiet and the rooms are spacious. The staff are friendly and communicative. It’s the first hotel that always asks whether you want a fried egg, scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs. There’s a bit of dust, but otherwise everything is top.
