Everything was great: the room and bathroom were large, the bed was comfortable and huge, breakfast was amazing, the staff were super, and for the center you need a car but there is free parking. The only downside is the hotel’s lack of parking.

The hotel is outside the center (convenient for my needs) opposite the Cremona hospital. The hotel offered a free room upgrade to a spacious double room, the value for money was excellent, the desk had adequate power outlets for working on a computer, and there were two breakfast options (a small one with coffee and croissants for 4€ or a full one for 8€). Free street parking is available nearby. The bathroom was a bit small for a double room, but fine for a single user. There was no elevator (at least I didn’t see one or find any indication at reception) and the rooms were on the first floor.

We were going to the violin concert at the Stradivari Violin Museum. We definitely booked online in advance, the staff pointed it out and helped with the booking. The hotel is very well located for a city visit. Breakfast was good and we were full, but unfortunately it only had sweets, muesli and flakes. I would have liked something hearty like eggs and bacon. For the price it was excellent (breakfast wasn’t expensive).

Breakfast was excellent, the room was well furnished and clean, the windows had screens, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend the place even for families. The lack of an elevator and mini‑fridge in the rooms is a drawback.

The place is welcoming and needs a refresh, but it’s a great reference for a stop in Cremona.
