The place is well located. There was no heating, so we had to sleep with the heater off and it was very cold. Hot water in the shower didn't come out. The woman who was supposed to give us the key never responded to fix the issues. They charge you, but the facilities and guest service are very bad.

The only good thing about this place was its proximity to the bus terminal, but that's where the positives end. When we arrived, there was no one to check us in, just a sign on the door. We had to call and wait for someone to show up and let us in - it was clear they weren't ready for guests and didn't have any staff on site. It felt like they were going to leave us alone there with no one around, so we ended up having to cancel our reservation and find somewhere else to stay.

The bathroom had a nice hydromassage shower and the beds were comfy, but that's about where it ended. The place didn't match the photos at all - there was a bunch of sand outside with no fence, and the rooms didn't come with a kettle and cups like the pictures showed. The shower was also a bit wonky and took ages to drain. When we got there, no one was around to check us in, and the person who eventually showed up just took our payment and disappeared.

The kitchen had most of what we needed, but the room itself was a letdown. It was cramped and uncomfortable, with no bedside table to speak of. The location wasn't great either, and the bedding was dirty - all in all, it was a pretty mediocre experience.
