The location near the beach was great, the pool lovely, and the hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The music around the pool each day was pleasant and not too loud, and the pool temperature was fabulous. The proximity to Palma and Porto Pi was superb. However, the public areas were tired and dull; the carpets were threadbare and stained, the walls needed painting, and the reception sofas required replacement. The bedroom floor was lifting, and the toilet area offered no privacy, which made the stay uncomfortable. Food at the Pelican restaurant was not great, and the staff were different from the hotel, making it hard to get their attention. Please stop guests putting towels out around the pool at 2 o’clock in the morning. Parking around the hotel is a nightmare; perhaps they could reserve spaces close to the hotel. It was too much hassle, so I would not stay there again.

Location next to the beach, big room with balcony. I have ordered and paid additionally for a full sea view room, however the one we got, was on the 1st floor with view obstructed by the concrete platform. When I complained, the receptionist told me they have no other room available and I may ask tomorrow. no apologies, no complimentary drink or service were offered. The housekeeping lady entered our room before 8am straight after knocking -not even waiting a second and she did it twice this way. It never happened to me in any other hotel. The bathroom has no door and the toilet is separated with a glass door that is not even closing properly, leaving around 10cm gap. The pool is much smaller than it looks on the pictures and it was very crowded. I would not stay there again

The location is solid and the food tastes good, but the air conditioning in the room is very weak.
