I got locked out Saturday night because the woman changed the code and wouldn’t let us in, leaving my belongings on the premises; I returned home empty‑handed and have already filed a complaint. It also seemed like a crack was present.

“Very poor i want a refund”

Nothing stood out positively. When we knocked for extra toilet paper and coffee, the staff ignored us, and I was swarmed by bed bugs that bit my body and face.

The manager was lovely and the location was close to town and the seafront, but the place was dirty, moldy, and I was bitten repeatedly.

“I’m not satisfied for the room”

The room itself was not very clean; from the entrance to the room, the stairs and surrounding areas were dusty and dirty, and the reception area was also filthy. The floor wasn’t properly mopped until I mentioned it, after which staff returned to mop again. The bathroom was unclean, especially the sink, and the bedding looked very old, as if used for four or five years. No fan was present, only a heater, so even in summer the room became very hot and opening the large windows didn’t help; the door also didn’t lock properly, which was concerning. Overall, there was nothing good to say about the room’s cleanliness or condition, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The location was good, though, with the beach within walking distance, which was probably the main positive point. Thank you.

“Great value and good location”

Great value for money, the rooms were clean and the bed was good.
