The location, lobby, and outdoor fire pit were all good. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t help me retrieve my Marriott points (couldn’t find my number). The mattress in my room was worn and uncomfortable. Breakfast was supposedly included, but there was none, and coffee cost $5 a cup, so I checked out early to eat elsewhere.

There was no water pressure, and the toilet clogged with just urine—making it impossible to use the bathroom when needed. The staff had to let me in to work out, and if they were busy I couldn’t get a time slot soon. The pillows were too small and tall for a king‑size bed, essentially twin‑size pillows. There was no bedding for the sofa, and the toilet paper supply was less than half a roll when I checked in.

The facilities were excellent and the room was clean. Being very close to the amphitheater meant we could walk to the show, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great, the bed was super comfy with nice linens, and the staff at check‑in and the manager at the bar were friendly; the nearby restaurants were convenient, and the Flying Fish recommended by Roderick was spot on and very good. The parking felt unsafe, though.
