The area is not great; I’d spend a bit more for a safer location. The staff are rude and the place isn’t clean.

Compared with other Brooklyn hotels, this one was more reasonably priced, but my comforter was dirty, the room and hallways smelled of smoke when I first entered, and instead of a comfortable chair the room had a folding hard chair.
