1 double bed
The host was friendly and accommodated us at 3 am. The room was small with little storage, the beds were uncomfortable, and mold was present in the bathroom. Air‑conditioning was installed but the controller was inaccessible, apparently kept by the owner, which is inconvenient after a long night flight.
“The hosts are very friendly and helpful.”
The room was very spacious. The location isn’t far from the center, though you have to walk up a hill a bit. It’s very close to the famous Cathedral, offering a nice view of the city. We couldn’t use the kitchen.
The house was cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated—felt like home. The host was incredibly kind, always ready to help and suggest places to visit or eat. The atmosphere was calm, surrounded by greenery and silence, yet the city center was just a walk away. I’ll definitely return! ❤️
Quiet location, city center is 15 min walk or 3 GEL Bolt ride. A bit simple, but 100% as advertised, no complaints
The place is strategically positioned to explore Kutaisi and its sights. The hosts are friendly and available for any need (just ask them for marshrutka info and they can arrange a direct pick‑up). The bathroom was tiny, with a shower that had no curtain, causing the whole room to flood. Outside our room the street lamp stayed on and the curtains weren’t thick enough to block the light, so the room was always lit at night.
