The room had not been cleaned after the previous guest; the sheets were unchanged, causing itchy rashes all over my body, and I saw a spider on the sheets. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with someone’s fake eyelashes left on the wall. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room feel suffocating and stuffy—my worst hotel experience ever.

When I checked in, a fault in the hotel’s equipment forced me to move to a nearby sister property, but that experience was excellent; the room I got was clean and fully equipped, the spa on the lower level was very reasonably priced, and given the same grade, this location would be just as satisfactory. No issues at all.

The staff were kind enough to ship my friend’s forgotten wallet to us, making us feel safe and comfortable, but the hotel didn’t match the photos and the aircon was noisy.
