“Un vero peccato vista la posizione!”

The spot was just a few meters from the beach, but the building itself feels old and neglected; the mirror is very old and the towel rack is broken.

The property is in a perfect spot: a short walk from the beach and convenient as a base for exploring the area (10 minutes to the historic centre of Scicli, 30 minutes to Modica and Ragusa, and more). The rooms are very clean and welcoming, and the owners are extremely kind and helpful.

The staff were very kind and helpful—especially the cleaning lady, the barista who served breakfast, and the owners, all of whom were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property could use a bit of refurbishment, for example the shower had rusty spots.
