You didn’t understand me well, so I had to explain again; we couldn’t locate the accommodation and called reception, where they said they had no record of us even though they had confirmed our booking, so we had to re‑order through the app and found lodging near the original address, which is why I can’t rate the accommodation quality.

Your hotel has no contact number or proper location, and after two hours of confusion I had to take a cab from the wrong spot, and still couldn’t find the hotel—very poor.
