“Relax tra montagne e spa”
The staff were extremely kind and always pointed us toward the best routes and activities. Breakfast was modest but had a bit of everything, quality cold cuts, and very good pastries. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and quiet. The spa was well equipped and clean. On the downside, our room was one of the few that did not “look out” onto the spa; many others had balconies right above or next to the sun‑lounger or hydro‑massage area, which could be somewhat unpleasant by reducing privacy, but we were lucky. The area is fairly isolated, so if you’re not on a full‑board plan there are only two or three restaurants nearby, otherwise you have to drive a bit.
The experience was very positive, especially because of the family‑like and welcoming atmosphere. Leaving with a greeting and hug from the front‑desk staff was an added value :-) The same goes for the kindness of the receptionist. It’s a place where you feel a bit at home, with a desire to come back. The location is great, away from mass tourism, for the peace that surrounds you and for those who want to explore the area, such as visiting cities like Merano and Trento/Bolzano, or for mountain trekking, walks among various trails… in short, a week of peace for detox and breath in contact with nature and breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

Premetto che io avevo una camera doppia deluxe. La struttura è ben curata, anche nei piccoli particolari ed il personale è molto qualificato. Pulizia top. Ottimi i servizi offerti, come per esempio, la SPA ed il parcheggio coperto. Anche la colazione e cena, ottime, sia per la varietà offerta che per la qualità dei prodotti usati. Insomma da ritornarci sicuramente
Breakfast was fantastic! The location was great, the SPA was very pleasant and well equipped, and the SPA staff were competent and extremely kind. It’s a pity that the SPA closes so early, at 19:00; it could allow guests a couple of extra hours of self‑service access, perhaps even a Night SPA, without needing staff on duty.
