The counter staff told me the parking fee was RM10 per entry, but when I left the next day, I was charged RM19

The room I booked on the first day was taken the next day when I returned, and I was told I had been unexpectedly checked out; the front desk could only set up a new room, but it was unclean, so I had to go back again to switch rooms, and all of that took three hours, leaving me both physically and mentally exhausted.
