“Bon”
The boutique hotel felt intimate, with a rooftop that offered great views and a quiet pool area, but I was let down by the walk‑down to the nearby “Walk dame” at night, which didn’t feel very safe.

The roof top pool and bar were amazing, and there was nothing to complain about.

The modern hotel had clean, comfortable rooms and a great rooftop pool; getting Ubers to places like Universal, Beverly Hills, and the Getty Centre was easy, and a short walk to the main Walk of Fame area and the subway let us head out to Santa Monica (nearly all overground on the subway); the nearby coffee shop (Groundworks) was within a couple of minutes for breakfast and Mel’s Diner for something larger, and the immediate area felt safe.

The hotel is well built and clean, with friendly and smiling staff, yet the rooms aren't perfectly soundproof, and the loud music from the ground‑floor bar/club can be heard on the upper floors.

I came across a beautifully designed hotel, but everything—from the amenities to the parking—cost a lot.
