Everything was beautifully decorated and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and happy. Pillows were very flat after one use

The casino was all on one floor and everything at the hotel was recently renovated. Very nice property. My husband and I got lost a few times trying to get from the casino to our room

I love the pool and the spa. There is a wide variety of eateries that suit most budgets. The free small bottles of water are very much appreciated. The renovated rooms are beautiful. The hotel is lovely, that is why I have come from Canada 4 years in a row. This is my 4th stay. I did not appreciate the $15US/day charge for a fridge, or the quoted price of $20-$30 for a kettle. The new bar fridge cannot be removed from the room unless you pay a $25.00 fee. ( There is one mall shelf that is available to use, however if you move an item, you will be charged for the item.) The tray of snacks cannot be removed from the room unless you pay a $25.00 fee as well. When we were requesting a fridge and kettle on the phone, we were passed to 3 different departments. Guests should of course pick up after themselves, but unfortunately many do not. The pool deck and lounge area were frequently messy with empty bottles/cans/glasses/garbage. The Non-smoking/vaping at the entrance should be larger. I observed vaping with no consequences. Several of the Lifeguards were quite often on their phones, rather that observing swimmers. The large Non-Smoking area of the Casino is now a Poker room.very disappointed
