1. 感謝櫃檯人員(Jane)非常親切的協助，安排的房間完全超出我最初訂房的期待值！ 2. 地點非常好，太久沒到香港所以不熟悉，入住後才發現住在重點Shopping區域，要到附近銀行辦事情也非常便利！ 3. 房間舒適度、空間大小都都非常剛好。Room Service也很專業！ 4. 早餐非常符合我的期待！ 5. 退房後還因為我個人的問題，客服依然有耐性的回覆我的訊息。. 非酒店的問題，剛好隔壁房客咳嗽比較大聲或是外面經過的房客比較晚回說話很大聲時有點打擾到在放空的我。
