The room was good size, clean, and the bed comfy. There was no hot water for the shower and the TV was broken.

The spot was great, cheap, and pretty chill, to be honest. Some times the banging is annoying, but turning the TV on makes it hard to notice.

There was on‑site parking. When we entered the room, we found no toilet roll, no hand towels, and no batteries for the TV remote. Then two workers arrived to discover six missing tiles on the roof and entered our room where the walls were water‑damaged. The wallpaper was peeling and damaged. I tried to reach the host but received no response until I complained to customer service, who mistakenly said I had complained to the estate agents, which I hadn’t. I sent emails with photos and texts, yet the host and customer service never replied. Do not stay here; it’s a health hazard and shouldn’t be listed.

They handled the email communication excellently and the location worked well for us; the check‑in and check‑out were easy with a key‑safe/access code. There was free parking outside, the bed linen was clean, towels were provided, and the price was less than 20pppn. The room itself wasn’t the best: the windows didn’t shut properly, bright lights leaked in, the curtains weren’t blackout, and it smelled damp when we first arrived. There was a lot of peeling paint on the skirting boards, the toilet flush caused water to rise in the shower tray, the room was cold but fan heaters were available in the lobby, the mattress was very soft with little comfort or support, and the shower took ages to get warm (not hot) although day two was a bit warmer. Overall, I sadly wouldn’t stay again.

There was parking space. The wallpaper was peeling, the room was damp, the TV remote had no batteries, it was very noisy all through the night, we booked two beds but were given a room with just one bed, so I would not stay here again.
