“Pleasant, good location, nice staff…average around pool experience…should be way better.”
The location is good, rooms feel pleasant, and the staff are friendly. However, the pool area looked a bit scruffy and the pool café facilities were quite average.

The location is close to the beach, but the room was basic; I would have preferred one with a refrigerator.
The pool water is heated, and the rooms are new, spacious, and comfortable. They’re right on the beach, and a restaurant across from the hotel offers good food. The hotel is five minutes from the center, and the beachfront restaurant provides meals; the breakfasts are good, and if you buy the included breakfast you’ll save more than paying separately. Walking five minutes takes you to Playa de los Muertos.

The room is roomy with a lovely ocean view, and the maid cleans daily. The kitchen is limited to one pot, one pan without lids, two sets of dishes, and small bowls; salt and pepper aren’t supplied, there’s no ice maker, and the fridge is smaller than those in other hotels I’ve stayed at. There’s no dedicated makeup desk, so you have to use the bathroom mirror, which offers little space around the sink. The couch faces the wall toward the jungle; if you flip sides with the kitchen, you’ll get a better ocean view.
