Breakfast and dining facilities were fine, yet the fitness center was lacking and the equipment was not up to standard.

The hotel is well situated and the staff are attentive, and there were welcome details in the room; however, after pointing out twice that the Nespresso machine in my room was not working, it was never fixed, the room was dusty, the bathroom smelled of sewage throughout the stay, we didn’t ask for a room change because it was only two nights, and the reception area needs a proper renovation.

They charged me for two rooms in August when we only used one, I’m still waiting for a refund, no one answers my complaints, the manager is never available, and he doesn’t bother to reply to written complaints—an embarrassment given how high the room rates go when the hotel is full.

The room was spacious, though a bit far from the city center, yet the tram connection was good.
