The staff were okay, but the bathroom and room were dirty; water leaked from between the tiles in the shower, causing the shower head to detach from the wall, the breakfast was odd, and we had to pay extra for fresh juice—won’t return.

The rooms and staff are friendly, but only the street is bad.

The staff were courteous, but the location—specifically the marked location—doesn’t lead to the hotel entrance when you use the address in navigation; you have to pass through a broken, dusty road. The hygiene was terrible, the smell was disgusting, the pool looked like an unclean aquarium, the sauna was at 60 °C, and the steam room was a storage for cleaning cloths.
