The staff were super friendly; Rajaji was cordial and met all our requests, even installing a fridge in the room, which was great hospitality, but the food was a bit spicy and I was charged for a full day when I only wanted a few extra hours, a partial charge would have been better.

“Walkable from railway station”

It’s walkable from Muzaffarpur Junction railway station, rooms are well maintained and clean, there’s ample parking, the lift works, staff are very friendly, I’ll definitely visit again, and it feels very safe for couples; everything is good.

The hotel never confirmed my booking, so I had to find another place.

The rooms were super comfy and the food was great, but parking for a larger vehicle was a bit difficult.

The location was convenient, there was enough in‑house parking, rooms were clean and hygienic, the rooftop restaurant was well designed with delicious food, and the staff were very friendly; everything was up to the mark.
